Sudan-Chad border security talks begin in Khartoum

A round of bilateral talks between the respective transitional governments of Sudan and Chad, ostensibly to discuss security issues and challenges facing the neighbouring countries due to terrorism and extremist groups, began in Khartoum yesterday.
